Contest Terms & Conditions

GENERAL TERMS (APPLY TO ALL PRIZES)

1. Prizes are offered by Petlonglife LLC DBA Mama's & Papa's Pet Store ("Mama's & Papa's"), located at 16 Engle Street, Englewood, NJ 07631.
2. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Entry is open to individuals 18 years or older.
3. To be eligible for any prize, participants must complete the signup form (name, email, and pet's name) via the QR code at the Mama's & Papa's booth.
4. By entering, participants agree to receive email communications from Mama's & Papa's Pet Store. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.
5. All prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash.
6. Prize services are fixed and cannot be upgraded, substituted, or applied as a credit toward the price of a different service. If a winner prefers a different service, that service may be booked at its regular price, and the prize may be used on a separate visit.
7. Prizes are valid for the winner and their registered pet only.
8. All services must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
9. Mama's & Papa's reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any contest or prize offering at any time without prior notice.
10. Mama's & Papa's reserves the right to refuse service or prize redemption in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.
11. Employees of Mama's & Papa's and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.

GRAND PRIZE: FREE GROOMING FOR A YEAR

1. One (1) winner will be selected at random from all completed entries collected at the Englewood Night Market on July 14, 2026.
2. The winner will be announced on July 17, 2026 and notified by email.
3. The winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be selected at random.
4. Prize details: One (1) free Standard Groom (Bath service) every 6-8 weeks for one year, up to seven (7) sessions total.
5. Each Standard Groom session includes: bath, blow dry, brush, nail trim, and ear cleaning. Haircuts and styling are NOT included and may be added to any session at regular price.
6. Approximate retail value: up to $560 depending on pet size.
7. All sessions must be redeemed within twelve (12) months of the prize award date. Unused sessions expire and do not roll over or carry forward.
8. Sessions apply to one (1) registered pet only, named at the time of prize claim. The registered pet cannot be changed during the prize period.
9. Any additional services beyond the Standard Groom (haircuts, styling, de-shedding treatments, flea treatments, teeth cleaning, etc.) will be charged at regular prices.
10. Redeemable at either Mama's & Papa's location for your convenience: Englewood (16 Engle Street) or Hackensack (824 Main Street).

SPINNING WHEEL PRIZES

All spinning wheel prizes are awarded instantly at the event. Winners' names and prizes will be recorded at the booth, and prize redemption details will be emailed after the event.

Free Full Groom with Haircut (One Session)
- One (1) free Full Groom: bath, blow dry, brush, customized haircut, nail trim, and ear cleaning.
- One free visit only.
- Valid for pets up to Medium size. For larger pets, the equivalent value may be applied toward the cost of the service.
- Limited quantity: a maximum of four (4) Full Groom prizes are available at the event. Prize may be removed from the wheel once the limit is reached.
- Must be redeemed within 90 days of the event.

Free Teeth Cleaning
- One (1) complimentary teeth cleaning service, performed during any grooming visit.
- Must be redeemed within 90 days of the event.

Free Nail Cut
- One (1) complimentary nail trim.
- Walk-in or appointment. Must be redeemed within 90 days of the event.

Free Blueberry Facial
- One (1) complimentary blueberry facial add-on, applied during any paid grooming service.
- Must be redeemed within 90 days of the event.

Free Sample Bag
- One (1) sample bag of pet products, handed out at the event booth.
- While supplies last.

$5 Off In-Store Purchase
- $5 discount on any single in-store purchase of $10 or more.
- Valid at either location (Englewood or Hackensack).
- Must be redeemed within 90 days of the event. One per customer.

15% Off First Website Order
- 15% discount on the winner's first order placed at mamaspapaspet.com.
- Cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
- Must be redeemed within 90 days of the event.

Spin Again
- Not a prize; grants one additional spin of the wheel.

20% OFF FIRST GROOM (ALL PARTICIPANTS) — CODE: GROOM20

1. All participants who complete the signup form at the event receive 20% off their first grooming service at Mama's & Papa's.
2. Discount applies to any grooming service — Standard Groom (Bath service) or Full Groom with haircut.
3. Valid for new grooming customers only (pets who have not previously been groomed at Mama's & Papa's).
4. To redeem, mention code GROOM20 when booking or at your appointment.
5. Cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or wheel prizes in the same visit.
6. Must be redeemed by August 14, 2026.
7. Valid at either location (Englewood or Hackensack).

Information collected through the signup form (name, email, phone, pet's name) will be used solely by Mama's & Papa's Pet Store for prize administration and marketing communications. We do not sell or share your information with third parties. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
