Return & Refund Policy

At Mamas & Papas Pet Shop, we want you and your pets to be happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review the return guidelines below.

Online orders

Items purchased through our website may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging, and you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs may apply unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

In-store purchases

Items purchased in our physical store may be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Approved returns will receive store credit only.

Pet food satisfaction

If your pet does not enjoy a food purchased from our store, please contact us. We will gladly help you find a better option. Eligible returns may receive store credit toward another food selection.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

For the safety and health of pets, certain items cannot be returned. These include opened food or treats, used pet products, clearance items, special order items, and discounted items marked as final sale.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
